You Can Do what?

Have you ever had second thoughts or found a mistake seconds after hitting the send button on an email?  Gmail gives you the ability to UNDO your message for up to 30 seconds after you hit the send button!  All you have to do is go to your settings and enable “undo send!”  Set your cancellation period to 5, 10, 20, or 30 seconds.  Try it today!

While you are in your settings, you might as well enable the keyboard shortcuts too!  Once enabled, try a few of my favorites:

r = reply
f = forward
c = compose new message
a = reply all
Command + b, i, u = bold, italics, or underline

Share these tips with everyone you know, they will love them!
